Gueydan, LA - A Funeral Service will be held at 1:00 PM, Saturday, January 25, 2025, at Vincent Funeral Home of Gueydan honoring the life of Carole Abshire Crochet, 74, who passed away on January 20, 2025. Burial will follow at Gueydan Cemetery.
A visitation will take place at Vincent Funeral Home of Gueydan on Friday, January 24, 2025, from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM with a rosary being prayed at 5:30 PM and will continue Saturday, January 25, 2025, from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
She is survived by her three children; Chandler Crochet (Connie), Christian Crochet (Faith), and Darleen Crochet LeBlanc; her four grandchildren, Lea, Phillip, Kylie, and Ava; her six great grandchildren, Adalyn, Meredith, Gunner, John Phillip, Amelia and Case; and her significant other, Brad Vincent.
She is preceded in death by her parents; Manson Abshire and the former Mireille Julien and her sister; Darleen Snell.
Pallbearers will be Phillip Crochet, Jarod Snell, Hunter Johnson, Josh Cormier, Jordan Guidry and Jayden Silva.
Honorary pallbearers will be Chandler and Christian Crochet.
All funeral arrangements are being conducted by Vincent Funeral Home - Gueydan (337) 536-6124.
