Cathy you will be missed by me and many others. You were the one who introduced me to Legion of Mary, when I was new to St. Steven's church. I am blessed to have known you and your generosity.
May Jesus welcome your soul into heaven, as you bask in the glory of his presence.
The memory of you will always be in my heart. God bless you.

Cathy spent many hours visiting the elderly and bringing them the Holy Eucharist at the assisted living while she was at St Stephens. Her life was dedicated to helping others. May God hold her in the palm of his hand.

On behalf of Legion of Mary - Tampa Curia, I would like to extend our deepest sympathy to Sr. Cathy's family....

I had the privilege of meeting Sr. Cathy when she came over to my parish, Blessed Sacrament Church, together with Sr. Deirdre Bristol and other members of St. Francis Church Legion of Mary group. They helped me to start a new Praesidium at our church in May 2021. From that moment I knew she was one holy lady just because of her presence... happy and peaceful! So, thank you Sr. Cathy for sharing your time with me and other ladies from our church who are now members of Our Lady of Fatima Praesidium.

You know well that you will always be prayed for and Holy Mass is offered for all deceased members of LOM. But we, on the other hand, know also that you will be watching and praying for us too. So rest in peace my dear sister and we will see other again with our Blessed Mother always beside us!

Love (with the love of Jesus) and prayers with the Holy Spirit,
Sr. Nicia Rubio

I only knew Cathy for a few years after joining the Legion of Mary at St Stephen Church in Florida, but she became a friend and mentor as I learned to be a legionnaire. Cathy always had a smile on her face, and her no-nonsense advice solved many a problem. She has left us too soon, but I know she´s walking with her beloved Blessed Mother right now. God´s peace be with you, Cathy.
