Charles Allen Jewell, age 81 of Denison, TX entered his eternal home with Jesus on Sunday December 15th, 2024 at Texoma Medical Center-Denison after a long battle with cancer.
Mr. Jewell, known to many as "Buddy," was born on December 10th, 1943, in Louisville, Kentucky to Charles & Stella Jewell. Mr. Jewell spent most of his life as a resident of Denison, TX & worked for many years as a painter until his retirement. He was a longtime member of Bible Baptist Church/7th Ave. Independent Baptist Church where he loved his community and fellowship with friends and family. He will be deeply missed by all of those who knew & loved him.
Mr. Jewell is survived by: Sons, Josh Kruger & Wife Jenna of Denison, TX; Robert Jewell of Denison, TX; Grandchildren H.R. Jewell & Carlee Jewell; Brothers David Jewell & Wife Rita of Detroit, MI, & Michael Wayne Jewell of Dallas, TX. Along with numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, & friends.
Mr. Jewell is proceeded in death by: Father Charles H. Jewell, Mother Stella Murphy-Jewell, Wife Joyce Jewell, Brothers Robert Jewell, Hugh
Rodney Jewell, Sister Doris Jewell-Skelton, and Grandson Kameron Kruger.
Memorial service TBD- will update ASAP.
