Something made me think of Charlie today so I google searched him and saddened to hear of his passing. I worked with him at UMDNJ and we had our ups and downs. Great story ill share....2008 I was going on a cruise. Charlie asked me where I was going and I told him Bermuda. He asked what cruise line and I told him. We hadn't been the best of friends at this point in our years working together. Well, I get on the cruise ship, up to my room and waiting for me and my girlfriend at the time, a gift basket....from Charlie. Definitely gives you a different perspective when someone does something like that. From there on out I got to know him better and spoke to him about life and such. Charlie was an amazing man. Rest in Peace Charlie. Your old friend and co-worker, John.
