Cheryl D. {Wiggins} Smith, 79, of Massillon, passed away on July 6, 2025 at The Inn at University Village. She was born on January 15, 1946 to the late Ralph H. and Mary C. {Moore}Wiggins.
In addition to her parents, Cheryl was preceded in death by her son Tim L. Wiggins and brother Danny L. Wiggins.
Cheryl is survived by her loving grandchildren Crystle, Timothy and Tara; great-grandchildren Keegan and Kendall; sister, Veda Dean; brother, Dean "Lynn" Wiggins; several nieces and nephews and their families.
Cheryl loved being around babies, and always made herself available to babysit! She enjoyed being outdoors, especially tending to her garden, canning the fruits of her labor, and going camping.
Cheryl's family would like to thank the staff of The Inn at University Village and Crossroads Hospice for their compassionate care.
Family and friends are invited to visit at Paquelet & Arnold-Lynch Funeral Home, 1100 Wales Rd. NE Massillon, OH 44646 on Friday, July 11th from 10:00 a.m. until the funeral service, which begins at 12:00 p.m. Interment to follow the service at Rose Hill Memory Gardens, where Cheryl will be laid to rest with her parents and her brother Danny.
