Colleen Felske Obituary

Colleen (Alsphac) Felske from Grand Island Florida passed away, September 20th. She was born April 2, 1928, in Bay City, Michigan and graduated from Central High school in 1943. She also attended finishing school, then went to work at the industrial Brown hoist & Crane in Bay City.
She married the love of her life Harvey in May of 1952. They built a beautiful home together on Christy Way Court in Bay City.
She raised 2 children and then in the late 1970s she went back to work for the Banger Township School District, until 1985 when she retired. They then moved to Grand Island Florida. Harvey and Colleen enjoyed traveling the country in their airstream travel trailer, as well as Canada and Mexico. Colleen volunteered and served on many different committees at sun lake estates.
Colleen was preceded in death by brother Wally Alsphac, and grandson Michael Dillon.
She will be remembered dearly by son, Mark Felske of Mesick, Lori Dillon of California, grandchildren Logan Felske, Zachary Dillon, Justin Dillon, Shawn Dillon-Emigh.
Colleen will be laid to rest at the Florida national cemetery in Bushnell. Arrangements by Jowett Family Funeral Home of Benzonia.
