Obituary published on Legacy.com by Lauer Family Funeral Homes - Concord on Sep. 12, 2024.
On Monday, September 9th our beautiful Corina Marie Hotchkin gained her heavenly wings at he age of 35 and passed away after a resilient battle against stage 4 cancer. Corina was born on May 26, 1989 to Mailynn (James) Pratt and Rudy (Somona) Zuniga. She was cherished and cared for deeply by her four loving and supportive parents.
Corina devoted her life to her five beautiful children Landen (16y.o), Natalie (13y.o), Preston (9y.o), Naomi (7y.o), and Everett (2y.o). Their mother and best friend was taken far too early, and their lives will forever be changed. Corina was the loving big sister of six siblings Angelo, Audrianna, Abbey, Dominique, Arlena and Hannah. All six of her siblings looked up to and adored her deeply.
Corina's passion in life was being the best mother, daughter, sister and friend to all of us. To know Corina was to love her. She brought an immense amount of joy and laughter to anyone in her presence.
Corina's selflessness had no bounds, it extended into her professional life mentoring people throughout their weight loss journey at the medical weight loss clinic. She found great joy in helping others accomplish what she had and every one of her patients loved, adored and appreciated Corina for her dedication to them.
She loved music, singing, being outdoors, playing and making memories with all her babies and devoting her life to others. She had a heart of gold which never judged or boasted about anyone or anything. Corina will forever be known as someone who touched the lives of everyone she encountered.
As her mother would say "she is the light in a dark world", her kind heart, radiant smile and hilarious personality will forever remain in our hearts. It just doesn't get any better than Corina Marie. We Love you.
Corina's family will receive friends for visitation on Sunday, September 15, 2024 from 3-8 PM at Lauer Family Funeral Home in Concord. Funeral Services will be held Monday at 11AM at JaxNaz Church. Private interment will take place in Spring Arbor Cemetery.
