David G. Hale, age 72, of Madison, Indiana, and the son of the late George and Imogene (Stewart) Hale, was born on July 8, 1952, in Dearborn, Michigan. He was a 1970 graduate of Southwestern High School and went on to obtain his associate degree in electronics. For over thirty years, he was a home builder and enjoyed doing most of the work himself. Dave enjoyed fishing, the outdoors, being on his farm in Canaan, hunting in his younger years, watching NASCAR, and most importantly, spending time with his grandchildren. One of his fondest memories was a very successful fishing trip to Old Timbers with his son, Chris. Mr. Hale passed away on Tuesday, February 11, 2025 at his residence in Madison.
His life will be cherished by his son: Chris Hale of Madison; his grandchildren: Morgan and Grayson; his former spouse and the mother of his children: Cathy Hale of Madison; his sister: Susan Hale of Madison; and his brother: Larry Hale of Madison. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his son: Matt Hale, and his brother, Bobby Hale.
Cremation was chosen and no services will be held at this time.
