Debra Ann Griffin was a loving mother, sister, aunt, cousin and friend gained her wings on March 21, 2024, at the age of 65.
Debra was born to the late Nollie Griffin, Sr and Priscilla Oneida Griffin on September 16, 1958, in Biloxi, MS. She is preceded in death by her parents, brother Aaron H. Griffin, nephew Nollie Jakob Griffin.
She accepted Christ at an early age. Debra graduated from Biloxi High School in 1976. She continued her education at Mary Holmes College in West Point, MS.
Debra was employed at South Mississippi Legal Services as a legal secretary for 35 years. She loved her work and helping others. Her passion was shopping, watching cooking shows and spending time with her grandchildren. She was always interested in trying new recipes.
She is survived by her two children, Veronica L. Griffin and Brandon W. Griffin, Siblings, Robin Griffin-Hubbard, Nollie (Patrice) Griffin, Jr., Kirk (Sherry)Griffin, Lee (Lavinia) Griffin, Leslie (Tina) Griffin, Shepard (Bettye) Griffin. Grandchildren, Yasmeen Griffin, Yakira Griffin, Yakeshia Blackmon and Willow Blackmon, Brooklyn Stovall, Luna Griffin and Brayden Griffin, Great-grandchildren, Jaiden Williams and Oaklyn Magee and host of other relatives and friends.
Memorial Service honoring Ms. Debra's life will be held at 2:00 pm on Thursday, April 4, 2024, at Infinity Funeral Home, Biloxi.
