Born April 25, 1976, in Salem, Indiana, he was the son of Dennis Eugene Hollen and Vickie (Fox) Hollen.
Life resident of Washington County, he was a former employee of the old ChildCraft Industries in Salem and a former employee of Blue River Hardwoods, INC.
Survivors include:
Father and Step Mother, Dennis (Libby) Hollen of Salem,
Mother and Step Father, VIckie (Garry) McPherson of Williams, Indiana,
Son Jacob Eugene (Michaela) Hollen,
Daughter and Fiance, Samantha Jewell Hollen and Corey Ray,
Girlfriend Holly Nelson, all of Salem,
Sister, Cindy (Frank) Levering,
Stepsister Christina Spencer of Radcliff, KY,
Stepbrother Brandon Bowling of Salem,
4 grandchildren: Karter and Zeke Hollen, Jaxon Casey and Braxton Ray, and 2 step grandchildren Marika and Xavier Korte
He was preceded in death by 1 grandchild Hunter Ray
Visitation: 2 to 6 pm Thursday and 10 to 1 pm Friday at Dawalt Funeral Home.
Funeral Service: 1:00 pm Friday at Dawalt Funeral Home with interment following at Crown Hill Cemetery in Salem.
