Pamela Pugh, 70 of Martins Ferry, passed away Wednesday, October 9, 2024, at the WVU Medicine-Wheeling Hospital. She was born September 16, 1954, in Martins Ferry the daughter of the late Edward and Betty (Carpenter) Gibbons.
Pam retired after 25 years of service with the Belmont County Senior Services. She also worked at the former Rose Café and Don's Drive Inn. She was Methodist by faith. Her love for her family was matched only by her love of helping people. Her sense of style and sassy sense of humor made her a joy to be around. She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother Bill Gibbons and sister, Gwendolyn Gibbons.
Left to cherish her memory are her loving husband of 51 years, Randall Pugh, children, Christopher (Wendy) Pugh, Randi Jo (Christopher) Caprita, Kelli (Erik Price) Pugh, grandchildren, Isaiah and Layla Caprita, Hailey, Maddy and Karlie Pugh, Alex, Jaxon and Lainey Price, 8 sisters and 2 brothers complete her family.
Family and friends will be received Sunday, October 13, 2024, from 1 till time of service at 6pm at the Wilson Funeral Home – Heslop Chapel, 415 Walnut St., Martins Ferry, OH 43935. Funeral service will be at 6pm at the funeral home with the Rev. Cindy Foster of the Glenn Robins Presbyterian Church officiating.
