Eldin Paul Pritts, 93 of Mount Pleasant passed away on Saturday, September 28, 2024 at his home with his beloved family by his side. He was born on February 24, 1931 in Mount Pleasant, a son of the late Milton and Amanda Yothers Pritts. He was a proud US Army veteran. He worked at Modulus for many years until they shut down and he retired from Uniontown Industrial Equipment. He enjoyed fixing cars in his spare time. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by brothers, Milton Pritts, Jr., Eugene Pritts and Carl Pritts and sisters, Hilda Welker, Betty Lute, Gladys Brosh and Loretta Brosh and a son, Kevin G. Pritts., whom he loved dearly. He is survived by his loving wife, Dalene L. Sleasman Pritts, who he was married to for 67 years on September 28, 2024 and he made it to his anniversary. He is also survived by a son, Keith P. Pritts and wife Betty Sue and daughter, Kelly L. Pritts, who was his caretaker. He had five grandchildren, Travis K. Pritts, Sherie L. Schoen and husband Eric, Joshua G. Pritts and wife Megan, Richard P. Pritts and wife Elizabeth and Joel K. Pritts. he also had four great grandchildren, Lila Pritts, Lucette Pritts, Shea Pritts, Evie Pritts and a fifth one due in January and a sixth one due in February, whom he adored. Honoring the family's wishes, services will be held privately and under the direction of the BROOKS FUNERAL HOME, INC., 406 E. Washington St., Mount Pleasant, PA. A special shout out to Melissa Nobel, nurse and dear neighbor for all of her help and also to Dr. Mary Beth Krafty and Heartland Hospice for keeping him comfortable in his last days and also to Pastor Lee Smith for his multiple visits to pray with the family.
