Emma Vigil Obituary
Victoria Pineda. Emma passed away peacefully on June 12, 2024. Emma was
proceeded in death by husband Juan (Alex) Vigil; sister, Ersie (Pineda) Cordova;
brothers, Benjiman Pineda, Louis Pineda and Theodore Pineda; nephews Virgil
Pineda and Garfield Pineda. Emma had no children of her own but was a mother
figure as she helped raise her two nephews and niece, Virgil Pineda, Garfield
Pineda, and Rita (Pineda) Lovinger. She leaves behind many nephews, nieces, and
cousins. Emma will be greatly missed by her family.
Emma's visitation and memorial celebration will be held simultaneously on Friday, July 26, at Boies-Ortega Funeral Home from 11:00am to 1:00pm. Guests are invited to visit between 11:00am and 1:00pm for fellowship and sharing stories then participating in the procession for interment at the Masonic Cemetery which will depart Boies-Ortega Funeral Home at approximately 1:15 PM.
