Erin Pesavento Obituary
Erin was born in Noblesville on July 23, 1943, to the late Don and Victoria (Mosbaugh) Hope.
On December 24, 1966, she married John Pesavento and shared 57 years of marriage.
Erin attended Evansville College, earned a bachelor's degree in art & music, and earned her master's degree in art. Erin was a teacher for 5 years and taught at Hamilton Heights Schools, Hamilton Southeastern High School, and then Maconaquah High School where she met John. Once Nikki was born Erin elected to retire and become a homemaker. However, Erin thought of herself first and foremost as an artist and continued to paint with watercolors until her passing. Erin was a member of the Hamilton County Artist Association, Watercolor Society of Indiana, and Jobes Daughters. In her free time, she enjoyed painting, watercolors, and traveling to FL with John.
Erin is survived by her Husband, John Wayne Pesavento of Arcadia, IN; Daughter, Nikki (Jason) Meyer of Fishers, IN; Grandchildren, Claire (Mark) Guzik of New York City, NY, and Lydia (Logan) Santerelli of Nashville, TN; & Great-Granddaughter, Luca Santerelli.
Erin was preceded in death by her Parents, Don & Victoria Hope.
Visitation will be Saturday, August 31, 2024, 11:00 am - 1:00 pm, at Hartley Funeral Home, 209 West Jackson Street, Cicero, Indiana.
The memorial will be at 1:00 pm Saturday, August 31, 2024, at Hartley Funeral Home, Cicero, Indiana with Mark Knapp officiating. A private Inurnment will follow the service at Oaklawn Memorial Gardens in Indianapolis, IN.
Memorial contributions may be made to Nickel Plate Heritage Railroad Heritage Center Museum PO Box 435 Arcadia, IN 46030.

I was a football student manager for Coach Pesavento at Carmel Junior High and Carmel High School. Mrs. P. was always so nice to me and everyone she came in contact with. As a youngster her kindness taught me a lot about how to treat people in general and kids when I got older. She really had a positive impact on my life. May God´s grace and peace be upon Coach Pesavento and his family.
