Ernest Good Obituary
A funeral service is planned for 2:00 P.M., Saturday, January 11, in the Whitt Funeral Home Chapel. Arrangements have been entrusted to Whitt Funeral Home/Oakcrest Cremation Center.
Ernest worked as a foreman of a construction crew rebuilding bridges for the state. He could fix anything and enjoyed working on vehicles and rebuilding things to sell. He also enjoyed watching westerns and was an avid John Wayne fan. Ernest had talent in woodworking as well and built crosses, tables, shelves, and cabinets. He loved his family and his dog, Bear, who has been his constant companion for 7 years.
Preceded in death by his parents and son, Junior Clay Good, Ernest is survived by his children: Christina Briscoe and husband Chris, Jonathan and Rachel Good, and Misty Henington and husband Justin; and 12 grandchildren.
