Funeral service for Mrs. Connie H. Hendricks, 72, of Monroe, LA, will be held at 11:00AM Wednesday, December 3, 2025, in the chapel of Mulhearn Funeral Home Sterlington Rd. Monroe with Rev. William Sikes officiating. Interment will follow in Loch Arbor Baptist Church Cemetery. Visitation will be from 5:00PM until 7:00PM Tuesday, December 2, 2025, at the funeral home.
Mrs. Connie was born on May 9, 1953, in Coushatta, Louisiana, and passed away on November 29, 2025, in Monroe. She devoted more than 30 years to her work as a Pharmacy Technician at Brookshire’s Pharmacy, where she was known for her dedication, kindness, and steady willingness to help anyone in need. She loved her work girls as if they were her own children.
A natural caregiver, Mrs. Connie expressed her love most through cooking and serving others. She especially cherished preparing meals for her family and spending time with her children and grandchildren, who brought her immeasurable joy. Her favorite days were the ones she had all of her “Angels” with her. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and sister—roles she fulfilled with grace, patience, and a heart full of love.
Mrs. Connie enjoyed reading, crocheting, dancing, and baking. She was well-known for her beautiful and delicious cakes.From simple birthdays to elegant weddings. She put her whole heart into each one. No task was ever too big or too small, and each creation reflected her talent and her desire to bring happiness to others. She also had a special fondness for collecting angels, a hobby that reflected her gentle spirit. To her family, however, her true angels were her children and grandchildren.
Mrs. Connie leaves behind a legacy of love, compassion, and devotion that will continue to live on in the hearts of all who knew her.
Mrs. Connie was preceded in death by her parents, Robert Dan Hayes and Daisy Elaine Gillen Hayes; brother, Danny Wayne Hayes; and stepmother, Sandra K. Hayes.
Survivors include her husband, Ricky D. Hendricks, Sr.; children, Kelly Eppinette and husband Jamie , Carla Hearne and husband Michael, Bradley Trichel and wife Casey, Vance Trichel and wife Bethany, and Ricky Hendricks, Jr.; grandchildren, Ricky Hendricks III, Hunter Eppinette, Bre Eppinette, Brodie Hearne, Erika Allen and husband Cade, Kate Trichel, Haylee Hearne, and Grey Trichel; great granddaughter, Kinsley Hendricks; sister, Elizabeth Osborne and husband Willie; and numerous nieces, nephews, a host of friends and other family members.
Pallbearers will be Hunter Eppinette, Brodie Hearne, Ricky Hendricks Jr, Phillip Watkins, Joey Watkins, Jacob Watkins, Toby Trichel, Tony Trichel Honorary pallbearers will be Cade Allen , Grey Trichel, David Hernandez, Joseph Book
