Ethel is survived by her daughter: Joan Ross (Ty) of Branford, FL; Four sisters: Joyce Byrd, Joann Bass (Craig), Susan Warren (Rudy), Benita Byrd (Daryl Sandlin); Three brothers: J.W. Byrd (Delania), Earl Byrd (Karen), Paul Byrd (Sandy Touchton); Grandchildren: Tyler Ross (Shana) and Justin Ross (Katie); Great-Grandchildren: Charlee and Kassidy Ross; Extended family: RJ, Brandon, Garrett, Jessilynn along with many other extended family members. She was preceded in death by her husband's Charles Hurst Jr. and JT Jackson; and Brother: Jack Byrd.
The family will be receiving visitors Tuesday, December 3rd, 2024, 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Daniels Funeral Home in Branford FL. The Graveside Service will be the following day, Wednesday December 4th, 2024, at 11 a.m at Midway Cemetery.
