Felicity Rose King, age 1, of Burnside KY, died Monday, October 2, 2023 at the Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital in Somerset, Kentucky.
She was born in Somerset, KY on January 28, 2022 the daughter of Charles and Lora (Elsea) King. Felicity loved smiling, she always had a smile on her face, she loved to eat, play patty cake, listen to music, especially the Happy Birthday song. She loved to sing, and play with her brothers and sisters in which she had a special bond with her brother Charles.
She is preceded in death by her great grandparents, Danny Courtney, Josephine Coffey, and Delmer and Hopie Watson; cousin Herbie Morris
Survivors include her parents; brothers Charles III, Richard, Kelso, and Xavier; sisters Brooke, Jamie, and Leia; grandparents Charles and Rebecca King, Brian and Lisa Phillips, and James Lemons; great grandparents Vonda Courtney and Randle Coffey; aunts and uncles Raesean and Darrick Dowell, Erica and Mike Williams, Brittany and Tyrell Phillips, James and Sarah Lemons, Tyanna Ward and Trenton James, Trisha and Jason Worth and Dawson Phillips; special uncle Bryan Duncan(Regina); special great aunts Deborah Courtney, and Geneva Goodin(Kenny); special cousins David and Angel Dowell.
Funeral Services will be held 2pm Thursday, October 5, 2023 in the chapel of McCreary County Funeral Home, with Bro. Perry Dobbs and Bro. Tommy Tapley officiating. Burial to follow in the Heaven's Gate Cemetery. The Family will receive friends for visitation after 12pm on Thursday at the Funeral Home.
