Frances A. (Fenio) Keene, 71 of Crescent Township, passed away suddenly at home on Monday, September 30, 2024. She was born in McKees Rocks on September 5, 1953 to the late Frank and Florence Fenio.
Frances was a member of the Crescent Township Civic Club. She enjoyed getting out and exploring new places. She especially loved going to the casinos and playing Bingo. At home she was an avid reader and very talented with embroidery. She will be missed by her cats Bailey and Dog.
Frances is survived by her beloved husband Gary with whom she spent 49 1/2 wonderful years together. Loving mother of Jason Keene and the late Melissa Keene; cherished sister of James (Debbie) Fenio; grandmother of Hayley ter Linden, Jason, Kaylin, Hunter, and Autumn Keene; daughter-in-law of Alvera; sister-in-law of Michael (Barb), and David (JoAnn) Keene. She also leaves behind many beloved nieces and nephews.
Friends will be received on Friday, October 4, 2024 from 2-4 and 6-8 pm at Pittsburgh Cremation & Funeral Care, 5405 Steubenville Pike, Robinson Township, PA 15136 where a service will be held on Saturday at 12 pm. Burial will follow at Coraopolis Cemetery. Memorial contributions in her name may be made to Life Pittsburgh 130 Chartiers Avenue, McKees Rocks, PA 15136.
