Weslaco- Francisco Tafolla Sr., 85, passed away on Saturday, July 18, 2020 at his residence in Weslaco.
Mr. Tafolla was born December 17, 1934 to Mr. Jesus Tafolla & Mrs. Casimira Tovar Tafolla in Harlingen, Texas.
He is preceded in death by his parents; his brother: Jesus Tafolla Jr., Andres Tafolla & Guadalupe Tafolla and his great grandson Elijah Tafolla.
Left to cherish his memories is his Wife: Aurora M. Tafolla, his sons: Armando (Juana) Tafolla, Francisco (Oralia) Tafolla Jr., David (Cindy) Tafolla, Gerardo (Aurora) Tafolla, Efrain (Olivia) Tafolla, Genaro (Aide) Tafolla; his daughters: Gloria (Jose Luis) Gomez, Rosa M. (Joaquin) Martinez, Marta A. (Juan Carlos) Jimenez, Carmela T. (Vincent) Pena, Elizabeth T. ( Manuel) Moreno, America T. (Johnny) Bautista; his sister Aurora Tafolla & Maria Eva Smith and 47 grandchildren; 36 great-grandchildren, 1 great-great-grandchild.
Visitation for Mr. Francisco Tafolla Sr. is scheduled for Tuesday, July 21, 2020 from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm with a Holy Rosary at 7:00 pm at Salinas Funeral Home- Chapel of the Angels. A Graveside Service will follow on Wednesday, July 22, 2020, at 4:00 pm at Highland Memorial Park in Weslaco.
Funeral Services have been entrusted to Salinas Funeral Home of Elsa.
