Frank L. Royalty Jr., passed away on September 21, 2024 at the age of 63. Born on June 11, 1961, in Seymour, Indiana, Frank will be remembered for his love for his family, and his commitment to his country. His legacy will live on in the hearts of those who were lucky enough to know him.
A proud veteran, Frank honorably served for four years in the Army followed by an impressive twelve years in the Navy. His commitment to his country was a testament to his strong sense of duty and patriotism, which he carried throughout his life.
Frank was not only a devoted military man but also a passionate family man. He shared nearly 24 years of marriage with his beloved wife, Cheryl Royalty. He took pride in his children, Frank "Buddy" (Emily) Royalty III, Amanda (Brad) Lienhart, Corie (Brandon) Sutton, and Amanda (Andrew) Withers. His legacy also encompasses the laughter and smiles of his grandchildren-Eva "Sweet Pea" (Forrest), Jeremiah, Gracie, Emma, Lilly, Anna, Logan, Braydan, Grayson, Harrison, and Ellie-along with his great-grandson, Bennett. Frank is also survived by his siblings, Debbie Jackson, Tina (Phillip) Tate, and Scott (Dreama) Royalty; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, Frank L. Royalty Sr. and Helen Wolfe Royalty; and his nephew, Paul Mohler.
In addition to his family life, Frank pursued various hobbies that brought him joy. He had a green thumb and loved gardening, finding solace in nurturing plants and flowers. Additionally, his knowledge and skill with computers allowed him to explore technology, where he could create, innovate, and solve problems with ease.
A Celebration of Frank's Life will be from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm on Saturday, September 28, 2024, at Emmaus Road Church (515 Potters Lane, Clarksville, IN). Cremation was chosen following Frank's wishes.
