Age 77 of Jellico, Tennessee passed away Friday, September 27, 2024, at the Lafollette Medical Center. She was born January 20, 1947, in Whitley County, Kentucky.
Frankie is preceded in death by:
Husband: Floyd Martin Bowlin "Carl"
Son: Eddie Joe Bowlin
Grandson: Joshua Bowlin
Parents: Matthew & Della (Worley) Vanover
Brothers: Sam Vanover, Ernest Worley
She is survived by:
Daughters: Donna Logan, Carolyn Blankenship
A host of Grandchildren, Great Grandchildren, nieces, nephews, friends & family to mourn her passing.
The family will receive friends: 12 - 2 p.m. Monday, September 30, 2024, at the Harp Funeral Home Chapel with funeral services starting at 2 p.m.
Officiating: Rev. Junior Dople
Burial: to follow in the Douglas Cemetery (Wooldridge Community)
