George
Harrington George Ross, Jr, Age 67, of Plum, passed away on Thursday, Oct. 3, 2024. He was born August 14, 1957 to the late George Harrington, Sr. and Josephine (Galutzi) Dean in McKeesport. He worked for many years as an emergency medical dispatcher in the Pittsburgh area for Lifestar EMS, and later worked in website design and management. George was preceded in death by his beloved wife Kathleen (Kokal); brother Gregg, Sr. (Paula); sister Marsha (Ira); father-in-law Paul H. Kokal. He is survived by his daughter Brittany (Marc); son Alex (Sean); grandson Paul; sister Debbie (Chris); mother-in-law Ruzena Varcova Kokal; brother-in-law Bill (Lisa) Kokal; sister-in-law Valerie (Pamela Cochenour) Kokal. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. A celebration of George's life will be announced at a later date.
Private arrangements have been entrusted to Soxman Funeral Homes, Ltd.
