Georgeann (Walker) Berislavich, 65 of Bates City, Missouri passed away on Friday, January 3, 2025, at St. Mary’s Medical Center in Blue Springs, MO surrounded by family.
Visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., Saturday, January 11, 2025, at Ralph O. Jones Funeral Home, 306 S. 2nd St., Odessa, MO, 64076, 816-633-5524. A funeral service will follow at 12:00 p.m., Saturday, January 11, 2025, at the funeral home. Interment will be in the Cobb Cemetery. Memorials are suggested to the family in care of Joe Berislavich for charity to be decided at a later date. Georgeann was born on October 10, 1959, in Smithville, MO to Archie George and Loretta Anna Mae (Bradley) Walker. She graduated in 1977 from Northeast High School in Kansas City, MO. Georgeann was united in marriage to Joseph “Joe” John Berislavich on February 14, 1987, in Independence, MO. She was currently working for Lincare as a data processer for medical billing. Georgeann was a member of St. Jude Catholic Church in Oak Grove, MO. In addition to spending time with her family and friends, Georgeann was an avid Chiefs Football Fan, she enjoyed traveling, especially to their cabin at Pomme De Terre Lake, taking care of her flowers and watching the hummingbirds.
Georgeann is survived by her loving husband of 37 years, Joe Berislavich of Bates City, MO; three children, Josh (Ashley) Buchan of Warrensburg, MO, Zak (Courtney) Berislavich of Harrisonville, MO, and Jessie (Zac) Anthony of Odessa, MO; 12 grandchildren, Isabelle, Abigail, Salvatore, Brayden, Cora, Nash, Noah, Khali, Aiden, Aubree, Avalee, and Adrian; two sisters, Toni Sturgill of Oak Grove, MO and Shauna Walker of Grain Valley, MO; a brother, Terry (Nan) Westbrook of Treasure Island, Florida; and many nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
In addition to her father, Archie Walker and mother, Loretta Campbell, Georgeann was preceded in death by a grandson, Hayden Buchan; and a sister, Roxanne Walker.
