Gerald Fuller Obituary
Gerald Gene Fuller was born on Saturday, January 4, 1930 in Palestine, IL to Buell and Lois (Jordan) Fuller. He married Dorothy Olsen on September 2, 1970 at Scott AFB Chapel 2, Belleville. He was a proud veteran of the United States Air Force and he was a teacher in various high schools in central Illinois and a math instructor at Eastern Illinois University. Gene was a member of Church of Jesus Christ Latter Day Saints and of the Mattoon VFW and the American Legion.
Memorial contributions may be made to the American Red Cross or the donor's choice. Gieseking Funeral Home, Altamont is assisting the family with arrangements.
In addition to his wife of over 54 years, Dorothy Fuller of Mattoon, he is survived by; his son, Bret (Linda) Fuller of St. Peter, MN; and one granddaughter, Octavia Fuller.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
