They moved back to Toledo from Okeechobee, Florida in 2001. She loved reading and was a member at various churches in the area. Her son would keep her supplied with fresh venison annually.
Helen was also preceded in death by her brothers, Samuel, John, and Mike Malkuian; sisters, Margaret Bauknecht, Marilyn, Mary Jane, Anna Mae Malkuian. Surviving is her loving step-son, Stewart (Teri) Crego. There will be no visitation. Services will be private.
