Funeral services for Helen Moore, 85, of Rayville, LA were held at 2:00 PM, Thursday, November 7, 2024 at Brown-Holley Funeral Chapel, Rayville, LA with Bro. Keith Evans officiating. Interment was in the Antioch Cemetery, Rayville, LA under the direction of Brown-Holley Funeral Home, Rayville, LA.
Mrs. Helen was born April 9, 1939 in Rayville, LA and passed away Tuesday, November 5, 2024 in Rayville, LA. She was preceded in death by her parents, William and Claudia Curl; sisters, Elizabeth Parker, Annie Mae Williamson, Dolly Wingfield, and Jean Baker; and brother, William "Buddy" Thomas Curl.
Survivors include her husband of 21 years, John David Moore; children, Penny Johnston of Rayville, LA, Angela Kanehl and husband, Rayburn of Tulsa, OK, and Harold Barmore, Jr. of Sicily Island, LA; grandchildren, Haley Lunsford and husband, Nathan and Kylie Brantley and husband, Tristan; great grandchildren, Teigan Lunsford, Piper Lunsford, and Emmett Lunsford; sister, Dorothy O'Neal; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers were Rayburn Kanehl, Nathan Lunsford, Ben Morris, Clyde Moore, Gerald Moore, and Tristan Brantley.
