In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his son, Jackie Summers Jr; and sisters, Louise Foster and Lorene Garner. Jackie is survived by his loving wife of thirty-three years, Jean Summers; children, Vicki (Matt) Williams, Kim Walker, Derrek (Andrea) Plattenburg, Greg (Dawn) Plattenburg, and Nick (Rebecca) Plattenburg; grandchildren, Trey Summers, Tye Summers, Josh (Emily) Hasty, Jansen (Jennifer) Hasty, Lance (Jess) Walker, Justin (Shelby) Williams, Jacie (Dacota) Newcomb, Katie Plattenburg, Torrie Plattenburg, Maddox Plattenburg, Tanner Foutch, Bailey Foutch, Juliana Plattenburg, Zarae'ya Plattenburg, Mikayla (Tyler) Sweeton; and great-grandchildren, Kade, Walker, Weston, Hayes, Wade, and Chloe; brother, Johnny Summers; and many nieces and nephews.
