Jacqueline Louise Dyer Vance, 100, departed this life peacefully on October 7, 2024, at her home in Crows, Arkansas, with her family by her side. Born to Jetty Walter and Hattie Lee James Dyer on April 26, 1924, she was the wife of Gerald Lawrence Vance. A graduate of Rural Dale High School, Jacqueline was the owner of Crows Station. An extraordinary homemaker and gardener, she could often be found working in her garden or mowing her lawn, well into her nineties. Her family will remember her weekly five generation Sunday dinners and all the special holidays she hosted in her home, serving her famous chicken and dressing and desserts.

Jacqueline requested a private family memorial led by her pastor and friend of many years, Brother Gary Gipson. The family would like to thank Kathy Norton and Gentiva Hospice for their excellent care. Donations may be made to Gravel Hill Cemetery c/o Jerry James, 114 E. Conway Street, Benton, AR 72015.
