Lewis Toles, age 78, of Urbancrest, Ohio, peacefully departed this life on September 3, 2025. He was born on July 21, 1947, to the late James Toles and Margaret (Rheubottom) Toles.
Lewis was a man of many talents, often described as a "Jack of All Trades." He was known for his hard work, resourcefulness, and the love he carried for his family. Those who knew him best will remember his humor, wisdom, and the way he could bring people together with his presence.
He is survived by his loving partner Patricia Mullins, his devoted daughters Tracy, Luwanna, and Latasha, his sons Steven, Sean (Ericka), Alonzo, and David, his stepson Terry Barker, as well as his best friend Kenny Hill and Alex Tonyemba, who stood by him through the years. He also leaves behind a host of cherished grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and friends who will miss him deeply.
Lewis was preceded in death by his parents, James and Margaret Toles, his beloved daughter Andrea, and his siblings James, Earl, Jerry, Johnny, Marie, Margaret, and Joyce. He leaves behind his brothers and sisters, Samuel, Thomas, Edna, Gloria, Dirah, and Christine- all of the Toles family who will carry on his memory with love.
Lewis was a beloved father, grandfather, great grandchildren, uncle, and friend. His life was a true blessing to those around him, and though he has gone to eternal rest, his spirit will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved him.
Per his wishes, Lewis will be cremated. A memorial service will be held in his honor, with details to be shared with family and friends.
