He enjoyed grilling, fishing, motorcycles, fast cars and entertaining friends. He was always quick with a joke to put smiles on the faces around him. He also enjoyed a good day shooting his guns and passing his knowledge to whoever needed a helpful tip. He is survived by his brother Robert Hines 2 loving daughter Laura Smith, Dawn Hoover and his faithful companion Sussie.

Jim was one of a kind. You often heard him before you saw him as his deep voice carried great distances. Jim I'll miss your boyish pranks and adventures, your golf cart and boat rides and most of all your kindness. A dog person to the end. Bye my friend.
