Janet Lea Pabey (Wiggins) 67 years of age, passed away on Friday, December 13, 2024, at Deaconess Illinois Medical Center. Janet was born on August 17, 1957, in Harrisburg, Illinois. She was the youngest of 14 children. 

She is preceded in death by her son Scott Raymond; parents, Willie and Delphia Wiggins; siblings, William (Marie) Wiggins, Betty (Roger) Hoffman, Elula “sis” Leitch, Richard “Buddy” Wiggins, Frances (Don) Reynolds, Juanita (Andy) Kent, David Wiggins. She is survived by children Mary “Beth” (David) Rooke, Richard “Brandon” (Melissa) Raymond; grandchildren, Kayla and Mackenzie Rooke, Dylan, Liam, and Tyler Raymond; siblings, John (Judy) Wiggins, Mary Anne Conklin, George (Sue) Wiggins, Roy (Pam) Wiggins, Paul (Jennifer) Wiggins, and Riley (Connie) Wiggins.

Janet loved spending quality time with family. She loved to write songs, poems, and enjoyed playing guitar. She was a lifelong lover of fishing and enjoying the outdoors. Janet was a kind, selfless, and giving person. She had given her life to God and is now reunited with her heavenly family.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date. Arrangements have been entrusted to Blue Funeral Home under the direction of Binkley-Ross. Please visit bluefuneralhome.com to leave online condolences.
