Janice Kay (MacArthur) Jackson, 67, of Salem, Arkansas, passed away on Wednesday, January 31, 2024, at Mountain Home, Arkansas. Janice was born in Salem, Arkansas on January 22, 1957, to Hollis MacArthur and Katherine (Benton) MacArthur.
Janice was united in marriage to Roy Gene Reed on October 26, 2007, in Salem, Arkansas. Janice worked as an LPN for approximately forty years. Janice loved her family, friends, flowers, gardening, and Arkansas Razorback basketball. She was a loving daughter, wife, mother, grandmother, and friend.
Janice is survived by her husband, Roy Reed of Salem, Arkansas; two sons, Jeremy Wray of Horseshoe Bend, Arkansas and Cody Jackson of Cherokee Village, Arkansas; granddaughter, Emily Jackson and boyfriend Christopher Holman of Drasco, Arkansas; many other relatives and friends. She is preceded in death by her grandson (Jaden Wray) and parents (Hollis MacArthur and Katherine Wilkening).
No services are scheduled currently. Memorials may be given to a charity of your choice. Arrangements are under the direction of Barker Funeral Home in Salem, Arkansas.
