Emma was born on March 7, 1956, in Syracuse, NY, to Donald Martin and Beverly Prosser Martin.

Survivors include her daughter, Tiffany Weeks of Monroe City, MO, brother, William (Linda) Martin of Syracuse, NY, sister-in-law, Robin Woods of Syracuse, NY, grandchildren, Sarah Weeks (Neil), Quinton Watkins, and Harold (Kendra) Weeks.

Emma was preceded in death by her parents, brother, Donald Martin Jr., sisters, Bonnie Winners and Virginia Foley, and grandson, Kevin Watkins.

A seasoned truck driver, Emma dedicated many years to the transport industry, carrying goods across the nation with pride and an unmatched work ethic.

Emma's zest for life extended beyond her professional endeavors. She found immense pleasure in the dynamic world of Korean Pop music, particularly the melodies and performances of BTS. Korean Dramas were another treasured pastime, which she would watch with keen interest, often recommending the best ones to her friends and relatives.

She had a passionate interest in genealogy, diligently tracing her family roots and sharing stories of her ancestors with anyone who would listen. Emma took great pride in her Syracuse New York heritage with a particular fondness for its beautiful landscape.

Emma possessed a talent for baking, specifically known amongst friends and neighbors for creating the most divine cheesecake that would be the highlight of any gathering. She adored her cats, Lovebug and Lilly Belle, treating them as cherished members of her family and spoiling them with love and affection. Her heart also held a special place for prairie dogs, and she could spend hours watching them with a sense of wonder and amusement.

Emma will be remembered for having a huge heart leaving an indelible mark on those she encountered. Her kindness for people and animals alike will be cherished memories for all who knew her.
