Jerry Underwood, 81, of Farmington, Ga. passed away on October 10, 2025. Born in Montezuma, Ga., he was the son of the late T.M.(Mack) and Margaret Underwood. He was preceded in death by his parents and son, Scott Underwood.
Jerry was a son, brother, husband, Dad and proud Papa.
He is survived by his wife of 60 years, Janett Underwood, son Clint (Nichole) Underwood, daughter-in-law Tracy Underwood, grandchildren Kolbey Ann (JT) Dukes, Ryan Underwood, Ethan Underwood, Evan Underwood and Elizabeth Benyshek, sisters Jeanne (Jerry) Cockrell, Mary Beavers, brother David (Karen) Underwood and sister-in-law Jane Phelps, along with numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
A memorial service will be held at Lord and Stephens West Chapel on Thursday, October 16, 2025 at 2PM. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Farmington Cemetery Trust Fund PO Box 253 Farmington, Ga 30638.
