Jessica Donahue Obituary

Jessica Marie Donahue, age 36, went to be with the Lord on September 4, 2024. Born on August 1, 1988, in Sharon, Pennsylvania, Jessica was the beloved daughter of James Donahue and Cynthia Lawson Donahue.
Jessica lived life with a fierce spirit, a kind heart, and an unmistakable joy for adventure. She was a proud "cat lady," known for her love of felines and all things Halloween. Camping trips were among her favorite activities, where she could enjoy the outdoors, a nod to her upbringing on the lake and boating. Jessica also had a knack for mechanics, often joking that she could fix anything, displaying her strong will, intelligence, and beauty in everything she did.
Athletic and determined, Jessica excelled in softball from t-ball to high school. Her strength extended beyond the field, as she carried her love for her family, especially her daughters, Maliyah Brown and Hayle Burdette, and her Grandma Joyce, with deep devotion. She was known for her big heart, sharp mind, and infectious smile. A lover of movies, particularly scary ones, and an avid shopper on Amazon, Jessica's vibrant personality left a lasting impression on everyone who knew her.
She is survived by her loving husband, Blake Burdette; her parents, James and Cindi Donahue; her daughters, Maliyah Brown and Haylee Burdette; her siblings, Jamie Dyer and her husband Jacob, and Jordan Donahue; nephews, Levi and Hayden Dyer; and niece, Laylah Freeman. Jessica was preceded in death by her grandparents, Joyce Lawson and Vernon Lawson, Hazel Reash, and Earl Donahue.
