Jessie Roberts Obituary
Jessie "Jess" Lee Roberts age 55 of Strunk, Kentucky died on Saturday, October 19, 2024 at the Baptist Health of Corbin Hospital surrounded by his family and friends.
He was born on January 4, 1969 in Muncie, Indiana to the late Kenneth Roberts and Martha Sue (Privett) Roberts.
In addition to his parents, Jess is preceded in death by his daughter, Jessica Ann Roberts; brothers Tim (Donna Copper) Roberts, Thomas "Fuzz" (Tammy Daugherty) Roberts; and sister, Kenna Tucker Sumner.
Surviving family include his childhood sweetheart and loving wife of over 32 years, Felicia Moses Roberts; sons, Jacob Lee Roberts (girlfriend, Shinia and son, Jaxson) and Andy Wirth; sisters, Angie Daugherty (and Jim) and Tina Haire (and David); a brother, Scott Roberts (and Sandra); and several nieces and nephews.
Jess enjoyed hunting, fishing, and spending time with his family. He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
Funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 23, 2024 at 1:00 pm in the chapel of Pine Knot Funeral Home with Bro. Tommy Tapley and Bro. Shane Slavey officiating. Burial to follow in the Pine Knot Cemetery alongside his daughter. The family will receive friends for visitation on Tuesday from 6:00 pm until 9:00 pm at the funeral home.
Pine Knot Funeral Home is assisting the family with funeral arrangements.
