Joe Randall Phillips, age 70 of Flintville, passed away on Saturday, December 14, 2024, at his residence surrounded by his loving family. He was born on October 18, 1954, in Tullahoma to the late Aubrey Clayton Phillips and Lorene (Hunt) Phillips. Joe previously worked at Tinsley Asphalt before retiring from CST. He enjoyed working on cars and was an excellent mechanic. An avid fisherman, he loved spending the day at the river, as well as throwing horseshoes. Joe will be remembered for his kind and compassionate nature. He is survived by his loving wife of twenty-five years, Mary Phillips; stepmother, JoAnne Phillips; son, Scott (Stacey) Phillips; daughter, Tiffany (Angie) Phillips Burbank; step-children, Carrie Clark, Chad Alonso, and Daniel Wiseman; sister, Melissa (Terry) Riddle; grandchildren, Braylen Phillips, and Marley Phillips; step-grandchildren, Shawn Goff, Dylan Shultz, and Madisen Burks; nieces and nephews, Kristi Riddle (Malcolm Thomas), Kayla (Joey) Brown, and Kyle (Amber) Riddle; sisters-in-law, Deb Reed and Saundra Davis; brothers-in-law, Odell (Patricia) Davis, and Andy Davis, Sr. Visitation will be from 11am-1pm on Wednesday, December 18, 2024, at Watson Funeral Home. Funeral Services will follow at 1:00pm in the Roy B. Watson Chapel of Watson Funeral Home with Bro. Carl Brown officiating. Interment will follow at Keith Springs Cemetery.
