Kernersville – Joel Moreno Galvan, 55, went home to be with the Lord on Friday, November 17, 2023, at his home. He was born in Rio Bravo Tampaulipas, Mexico to Jorge Moreno and the late Rode Galvan. Joel loved his daughter and grandchildren very much.

Joel is survived by one daughter, Denise Moreno; three grandchildren, Maytrella Ramirez, Lakshmi Ramirez, and Yasir Ramirez; one brother, Jorge Moreno Galvan; one sister, Elizabeth Castro; and several nieces and nephews.

A graveside service will be held at 3pm, Wednesday, November 22, 2023, at Mt. Gur Cemetery with Pastor Luciano Covarrubias officiating. The family will receive friends from 6-8pm on Tuesday, November 21, 2023, at Hayworth-Miller Kernersville Chapel.
