John Adams Obituary

John was born May 7, 1984, in New Bern. After his school years he worked as an experienced HVAC technician for many years in Charlotte and Jacksonville. On December 16, 2011, and December 15, 2017, he welcomed his beautiful children who were the most important part of his life.
John was a devoted father, son, brother and friend. He enjoyed his adventures with his children as well as spending time with friends and family. John will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him. His memory will live on in our hearts and in the many lives he touched.
He leaves to cherish his memory his son, Yason Adams of Maysville, and daughter, Addison Adams of Maysville; mother, Nita Provost (Johny) of Maysville, and father, Thad Adams (Bobbie Jo) of Maysville; sister, Elana Adams of Jacksonville, and niece, Emily and nephew, Robert.
Celebration of Johns life will be held at 7:00 PM on Thursday April 25, 2024 at Kahlert Funerals Chapel with Pastor Jason Bell officiating. The family will be receiving friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home, from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM.

John was one of my dialysis patient a ray of sunshine a pleasure to be around I remember I was pregnant and he told me girl you gone have that baby right here low and behold I had my baby the next week sending peace and understanding to his family especially his children those was his precious jewels

"Hey baby. you look good too." John was my best friend for many years. He was always confident in himself. He was also one of the comical people I knew. I remember one time we were riding around in his Honda prelude and looking at a girl at the stoplight. John and I were both commenting on how good she looked when she noticed that we were looking at her. An embarrassing moment for some, however, John roll down the window, stuck his head out and yelled "hey baby, you look good too". I could not stop laughing but he ended up getting her number at a stoplight. Nothing ever came of it but that day, he became legend to me.
