John was born on April 10, 1955, in Hartford, CT, the son of the late John H. Bancroft, Sr. and Dorothy N. Bancroft.
John grew up in the Lakes Region and often enjoyed the fun summer activities on the lake such as water skiing. He worked as a pressman for his father's company, J&J Printing and printers in the surrounding area. John loved music, dogs, and life.
John is survived by his stepmother Carolyn M. Bancroft, of Belmont, NH; and siblings and their offsprings.
Per his wishes, John will be cremated and there will be no services.
The family would like to thank the Glencliff Home for their care, compassion, and patience. The staff at Glencliff Home went above and beyond with their care for John.
