John Hendrick Obituary
John Marshall Hendrick of Watkinsville, GA, died on December 25, 2024.
Born in Elberton, GA, he was the son of the late Albert Plumer Hendrick and Mildred Barton Hendrick. John served in the US Army and retired from Bellsouth/AT&T.
Survivors include his wife, Shirley Boswell Hendrick; daughters and sons in law: Sherryl and Wayne Austin and Cathy and Chad Stahlman; brother: Tim (Colleen Brown) Hendrick; grandsons: Caleb (Stoshia) Austin and Colton (Grace) Austin and four great grandchildren: Stella, Layla, Dallas and Aria Austin.
Funeral services will be held on Thursday, January 2, 2025 at 2PM at Oconee Chapel, 2370 Hog Mountain Road, Watkinsville, GA. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Marshall Memorial Baptist Church, 190 Imperial Mill Road, Eatonton, GA 31024.
