Johnnie Lee George Jr. passed away Tuesday, November 26th, 2024 at Okemah Care Center in Okemah, Oklahoma at the age of 61.
Johnnie was born August 29th, 1963 in Bakersfield, California to Johnnie Lee George Sr., and Sherry Lee (Kellogg) George. Johnnie graduated from Holdenville High School. He attended and graduated from Cosmetology School to become a Beautician. Johnnie enjoyed yard sales, home repairs, watching HGTV and loved being the life of the party. He loved music and spending time with friends and family.
Johnnie is preceded in death by his parents, sister Cynthia Watkins, and Uncle Larry Eyraud. He is survived by his son Timothy Sherrin and wife Samantha of Burneyville, grandson Aiden Sherrin of Burneyville, siblings; Renee Garvin and husband Jerry of Holdenville, nephew Christopher Garvin and wife Callie, niece Jennifer Johnston and husband Richard, Megan McCarn and husband Billy, Brooklyn Azlin and husband Dex, Garrett Howell, Tanner Johnston, Chancie Espinosa, Logan Johnston, Zachary Turpin, Olivia Garvin, Tinlee McCarn and Samantha Yahola. Johnnie is survived by numerous other relatives, friends, and his special caregivers.
Viewing will be 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., Saturday, November 30th and 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., Sunday, December 1st at Hudson-Phillips Funeral Home.
Funeral service will be 10:00 a.m., Monday, December 2, 2024 at Hudson-Phillips Funeral Home Chapel in Holdenville with Pastor Dane Robinson officiating.
Services are under the direction of Hudson-Phillips Funeral Home, Holdenville, Oklahoma.
