Jordan Martin-Moffatt Obituary

Jordan Elizabeth Martin-Moffatt, four month old daughter of Alexander J. Moffatt and Sierra R. Martin of Waynesburg, Pa., passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, April 25, 2024 at Washington Health System Greene, Waynesburg. She was born December 23, 2023 in Morgantown, W. Va.
Surviving in addition to her parents are paternal grandparents, Mary Moffatt and Josh Barth; maternal grandparents, Juanita Martin, Terry J. Tolley, Deb Tolley, Vicki Daniels and Bruce Daniels; maternal great grandparents, Mike and Shelley Martin; maternal great great grandmother, Bessie Martin and paternal grandparents, Tracy Bennett, Joyce Lipscomb, Bob Moffatt (Jenny) and John Lipscomb. In addition, she is survived by several aunts and uncles, Jasmyn Martin, Dave Martin, Jeremy Martin, Barbara Martin, Nevah Lipscomb, Cora Lipscomb, Jordan Lipscomb, Gage Moffatt, Jason Tolley, Shadoe Lowers, Tyler Lowers, Katie Minor (Jason), Tara Moffatt, Willy Moffatt and Cameron Barth.
Deceased are her maternal grandfathers, Terry Allen Tolley and Raymond Martin and uncles, William "Bill" Lipscomb and Levi Rutan.
Family and friends are welcome from 3 to 6 P.M. on Monday in the Yoskovich Funeral Home, Carmichaels.
