Diane Argentiero (nee Bongiorno), passed away peacefully on August 31, 2025, at the age of 85. Born on January 31, 1940, in Philadelphia, PA, Diane's life was a testament to the power of kindness and the depth of familial bonds.
Diane's journey began in the heart of Philadelphia. Her life took a beautiful turn when she met and married Fernon Argentiero, her devoted husband of 66 years. Together, they built a life filled with laughter, love, and the joy of raising their three children, Donna Gargano (Don), John Argentiero, and Steve Argentiero. Diane's role as a mother was one she cherished deeply, and her love only multiplied with the arrival of her beloved grandchildren, Donald (Lauren), Steven (Greg), Abby, Jane, Eva, and Taylor.
After moving to Washington Township to raise her family, Diane continued to touch lives as a Teacher's Assistant for 20 years. Her gentle guidance and thoughtful presence left a lasting impact on the many students she encountered. Later, Diane and Fernon moved to Marlton, NJ, where they continued to create a warm and welcoming home.
Diane's interests reflected the simplicity of her pleasures and the depth of her love for her family. Being a wife, mother, and grandmother brought her immeasurable joy. She found solace in crocheting, challenged her mind with word puzzles, and swayed to the rhythms of music. Diane and Fernon shared countless dances in their earlier years, a cherished memory for all who witnessed their enduring love. The Ocean City Boardwalk held a special place in Diane's heart but it was the moments surrounded by her family that she treasured above all else.
Relatives and friends are invited to her visitation on Saturday, September 13th, from 10-12 Noon at the Bradley Funeral Home, Rt.73 and Evesham Rd., Marlton, NJ. A memorial service will be held at 12 Noon, Saturday, at the funeral home.
