Born on November 17, 1942, in Youngstown, Ohio, Joseph dedicated ten years of his life to the United States Air Force, courageously serving three tours in Vietnam, reflecting his unwavering commitment to his country.
He is survived by his loving wife, Lorraine Verhest; daughter, Desiree Pepin; son-in-law, Michael Pepin; and grandson, Brenden Pepin. Joseph's life was marked by his dedication to his family and his service to his country.
