Josephine (Torrone) Fusco, of Medford, passed away on Wednesday, December 18th. She was 102. Born and raised in Crotone, Italy, she was the cherished daughter of the late Nicola and Antoinette Torrone.
Josephine enjoyed having a great night out with her friends where she would dance the night away. She was the life of the party. Josephine looked forward to her yearly fall trips up to the White Mountains in New Hampshire, where she would admire the foliage and the quaintness of the mountain towns. Josephine's biggest passion was her family. She loved spending time with her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. She will be greatly missed by all.
Josephine was the beloved wife of the late John R. Fusco. She was the devoted mother of Janet Cacicio and her late husband Robert, Dennis Fusco and his wife Angela, and John R. Fusco, Jr., and his wife Cheryl. She was the loving grandmother of Tania Walsh and her husband Timothy, Matthew Fusco and his wife Heather, Gina Boudreau and her husband Jimmy, Marc Fusco, and Vincent Fusco. She was the caring great grandmother of Noah, Ezra, Giuliana, Oona, Mason, Jimmy, Anthony, Iris and Fiona. Dear sister of Thelma Stoddard and the late, Stella, Mary, Angie, Constance, Aurella, Anthony, Livio and Lydia.
