Chris Edward Bruce, 60, of Independence, Kentucky passed away on October 7, 2025. Born to Frankie Edward and Heidi (nee Bessler) Bruce on January 3, 1965, in Germany.
Chris valued time with family and friends. He enjoyed cooking and having BBQs where he could be in their company.
He had a passion for turning wrenches, welding, woodworking, hunting, working on cars, and fishing. Chris was crafty and could build just about anything. He loved to be in his yard and spend time with his beloved fur babies - Rocco, Korra, Bane and Rylee.
Chris was a veteran in the United States Army, serving his country honorably as a mechanic and welder for 8 years. He was patriotic and devoted to his country.
Live music with an imported beer was a perfect night for Chris. He enjoyed attending concerts with his wife, Kristal.
Chris is survived by his parents, Frankie and Heidi Bruce, wife (Kristal Bruce). Children, Brittane Bruce, Josef (Jessica) Bruce, Kylie Campbell, and Kody Campbell. Grandchildren, Chloe Hughes, Kaylee Hughes, Ryker Bray, Reese Bray, Rayne Bray, and Tatum Jaggars. His brothers, Randy (Ronda) Bruce, Dennis (Angie) Bruce, and many nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 14th from 4:00-6:00pm with a funeral service at 6:00pm at Mueller Funeral Home, 6791 Tylersville Road, Mason, OH 45040.
Memorial donations may be made in his name to Wounded Warrior Project.
