Regina Cianela Obituary

Regina M. Cianela of Glenside, PA passed away at her residence on Thursday, October 16, 2025 surrounded by her family. She was 78 years old.
Born in Philadelphia, PA to the late Joseph B. Raun, Sr. and Anna P. (Ledwith) Raun, Regina was a lifelong resident of Glenside, PA.
Regina was formerly employed as a medical records coordinator with Abington Hospital and a librarian assistant for the Glenside Board of Education.
She enjoyed trips to Ocean City, NJ and collected seashells and making angel ornaments. Regina loved butterflies, reading, playing sudoku, solitaire and gardening.
She was the beloved wife of the late Donald J. Cianela; devoted mother of Richard Cianela (Rita), Kimberly Cianela, Scott Cianela; loving grandmother of Michael, Myranda, Tyler, Christopher and Brittany Cianela; dear sister of JoAnn Anderson (Andy), Joseph Raun (late Patricia), James Raun (Jennifer), Patricia Craig (late Chris), and the late John Raun (survived by Jean); also survived by nieces, nephews, grand nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held for Regina at Hillside Cemetery, 2556 Susquehanna Road, Roslyn, PA 19001 on Friday, October 24, 2025 at 1:00 pm. Please arrive at the cemetery office by 12:45 pm.
