He was born on September 2, 1984, to his parents Cindy (Shane) Heaton and Richard Rosenthal in Menomonee Falls, WI. Justin was blessed to have his twin daughters, Kali and Kendal, along with their caring mother Katie Rathman.
Those Justin leaves behind to cherish his memory include his father, Richard Rosenthal; his mother, Cindy (Shane) Heaton; his twin daughters, Kali and Kendal Rosenthal; a brother, Jacob Rosenthal; other relatives and friends.
A private Celebration of Life in remembrance of Justin will be held.
Justin was loved and cared about by many family and friends.
